Project Kookaburra 2 saw Pagemasters Publish work with Google News Initiative, PwC, Megan Brownlow of Housten Consulting plus five local publishers from across Australia to help those publishers experiment with new digital business models in 2022/23. As a result of this work, the Project Kookaburra team has launched a free toolkit for small local publishers designed to help them understand where they are in their digital business journey. The toolkit includes resources to help publishers measure their financial and operational performance and can be viewed and downloaded here
